Who we are
Support Is Love LTD provides mentoring, wellbeing and support services for children, young people, families and communities.
Our work may include school-based mentoring, one-to-one mentoring, outreach support, wellbeing interventions, workshops, family/community support and related services delivered in partnership with schools, local authorities and other organisations.
Support Is Love LTD also operates Our Qweendom, our women’s wellbeing and sisterhood community, which provides Sister Circles, self-love experiences, retreats, workshops and other wellbeing activities.

Children and young people
A significant part of Support Is Love LTD's work involves supporting children and young people.
Depending on the service and how it has been commissioned, information may be provided to us by a school, local authority, parent/carer, other referring organisation or directly by the young person.
Information relating to children and young people is treated with particular care and is only accessed or shared where there is an appropriate reason for doing so.
Safeguarding
Confidentiality is important to our work; however, it is not absolute.
If information indicates that a child, young person or another individual may be at risk of harm, we may need to share relevant information with an appropriate safeguarding professional, school, local authority or other relevant agency.
Where possible and appropriate, individuals will be informed when information needs to be shared. However, there may be circumstances where doing so would be inappropriate or could increase risk.
Working with schools, local authorities and partner organisations
Where Support Is Love LTD has been commissioned by another organisation, that organisation may determine why certain personal information is collected and used.
In these circumstances, Support Is Love LTD may process information on behalf of that organisation and in accordance with our contractual, safeguarding and data-protection responsibilities.
We only share information that is necessary and appropriate for the purpose concerned.
Our Qweendom
When you register your interest in or participate in an Our Qweendom event, Sister Circle, retreat, self-love experience or other programme, we may collect your name, contact details, booking information and information about the experiences you are interested in.
We use this information to administer your booking or enquiry, communicate with you about the relevant experience and, where appropriate and permitted, tell you about future Our Qweendom events and opportunities.
You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications at any time.
Website, social media and lead forms
If you submit information through our website or a lead form on platforms such as TikTok or other social-media services, we will use the information for the purpose explained when your information is collected.
This may include responding to your enquiry, contacting you about a service or programme you have expressed an interest in or, where you have consented or another lawful basis applies, providing relevant updates.
